This is a scam. The 1300 number they give out is not actually a citibank number. They also sent me a letter in the mail and the letterhead is slightly different. Looks real, but it is all FAKE!!!! BE CAREFUL.

I called back number (02) 8027 2623 spoke to a woman who said company name is Citibank.
