Said he was calling from Citi (meant Citibank?) and asked me for details to verify my account, starting with date of birth. I hung up.

Claimed to be Qantas Money. Called back and got "you've called CITI" not sure if it meant CITI Bank? Be careful as he wanted me to confirm details.
