This is Macquarie credit cards. They ring up to 6 times a day (when working) never leave a message and ring one day BEFORE the payment is due WTF

They ring ring ring, dont leave messages, their in the Philipines, they can hardly speak or understand our English. The Statements say one thing and the phone centre says another - I do not believe them. Woolworths Money! you have obviously saved money by going to Macquarie Cards but the customer service is sh*t

(02) 8019 1535 - I called the number back and got Card Services, a financial institution. It stated their website macquarie.com.au.

Macquarie card services. Ring 4 times during working hours when I can't answer the phone. No Message left (only figured it was them because I am late on the payment due to having lost the card and refusing to pay until they send the next bill so I can check it).
