Have had a series of missed calls from different numbers which from reading these very helpful comments I now know to be all from the same company.
My big frustration is that I am a job seeker so my inclination is to pick up because it may be a job prospect. It is hard enough trying to survive on the dole without dealing with these scumbags as well. Can I just say a big thank you to AtTheEndOfMyTether for recommending true caller! I just downloaded it and it's really handy.

I have received a call from this number and same day i lost $4k from my commonwealth bank. I had my bank app in my phone. I didn't talk to this guy. I received the call and no one was talking to me. Bank has opened a case.

After blocking (03) 8658 1200 yesterday, I'm now getting harassed by calls from this other number. Knowing the first one was from a scam company called 'Easy Meals', it is obvious both these phone numbers are linked to the same scammers. They are relentless in calling, up to 10 to 15 times a days. BLOCK THEM!

Just had a missed call - then another - and another .

Answered on 3rd . And apparently now my financial problems are fixed ... Because I won a competition I didn't enter .

I told them I wasn't interested .
Hung up and they tried again . Number is now blocked !

Nuisance call. This is easily fixed with using your block call feature on your smart phone, and then deactivating your sms alert tone. So therefore you never know they even rang !!!!

I really need to know how to block these callers as The Australian Do Not Call register does not by Law preclude these people from making calls to us. REALLY HAD A GUT FULL why even put name on do not call list when they are breaking the law and nothing gets done about it.

received 4 calls from 03 and 02 numbers today.... answered one and they called to tell me that they are connecting the internet and landline in our area and did I want to proceed with the new connection .... just don't answer and block the numbers very irritating

Got a call at 6pm that I wasn't around for. Called back and got send straight to a weird voice mail saying it was in regards to a competition I had won. Searched it on here - thank you for all your comments. Have now blocked!

Just got a phone call from a man on this number. He addressed me by my name and started his spiel that he was from Winning Choices and if I answered a short 5 min survey I'd be in to win lots of prizes...
I'd also got 2 other missed calls from a very similar number and luckily this call cut out whilst on the train before they annoyed me further! Stop calling scammers!
