Dodgey.. But their more stupid, as I’ve now made it a habit of not answering any unknown number. Then, I wait for 30 min, I block my caller ID and then call it back to give some back.

Caller: Some Web development company

I finally had someone speak to me after multiple calls and had a go about them making so many calls. They still insisted on ringing back after I ended up telling them off and hanging up on them.
They said they were from Itar but the phone message bank says I T n T?
They looked up my details when I registered a domain.
They would not take no for an answer and when I had a go about them they tried to tell me that the number I rang back was not them (the exact same number) and that the number was a spoof from an IP phone and that they hadn't called at all.

Caller: IT & T Group

They kept ringing and hanging up. I rang it back and it said it was IT & T Group Sydney and to leave a message they will return the call. They rang back again when I was listening to their message and hung up on me again. They do not seem to ever leave a message.
