Just received the exact same call and message as stated above. ATO scam call,
Dont call back it is a, Scam, just block number

Received same call from (02) 8011 3826 claiming a warrant for my arrest has been issued due to mistake in tax.

Scam. Recorded message threatening a warrant for your arrest if you don't call them. They also call on a different number if you do not answer this one.

Scam and when they get hold of you they intimidate you and play mind games to get you to transfer money threatening you

Scam (computer voice) - saying i had committed tax avoidance and I urgently had to call another number
