I called back number (02) 8011 3396 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

had miss call from this number claiming to be tax office saying there is a legal law suit against me in a recorded message. I called back initially with a private number, but no one picks up the phone and hangs up the line. I called back after hours around 5.30pm and someone did pick up with a foreign accent. I try to get them to identify themselves first, but they refused and tried to get more information from me, like name and phone number. They specifically said give me your name and number so I CAN PULL OUT YOUR FILE...
I asked them what do you mean by pulling out my file, what organisation are you?
but they still refused and eventually I hung up because I was getting frustrated.
Sounds very dodgy.

Did not answer but left a voice message claiming to be from ATO, that I have unpaid taxes or whatever and will file a lawsuit against me and issue an arrest warrant. ATO will do no such things so this is definitely a scam call

Left a voicemail saying law suit being filed against me in my name. If I don’t get back then I will be arrested.
