I had this number call me a few times. Person on the other end advised me my big pond Internet would be cancelled for 20 days due to inappropriate searches. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he hung up.

I've had 3 calls from this number in 3 days. The first was a man with an Asian accent who told me my Telstra Internet would be closed down in 3 weeks. As I do not have that account, you can imagine what I told him before hanging up. Today 2 more calls which hang up as soon as I say Hello. (Obviously wanting me to call them. ) 22-12-2016. I live in Tasmania.

Woman claiming to be from Telstra saying that they needed to disconnect the internet connection at my home -- I don't have one! Obvious scam, so I hung up: but they kept calling back. I am on the Do Not Call Register.

Had a call today saying that we had illegal users and they where going to suspend our Big pond account because we refused to follow instructions they were giving us. When we said this was a scam they gave us false Telstra numbers and ID codes and threatened to suspend our account immediately. When we asked for a contact number to verify claims she quoted the above phone number that others had scams from. Telstra have advised it was not them and it was defiantly a scam!!!

Supposed to be Telstra - but sounds like a scam.
