Said I had a law suite against me. So I rang back and when I would not give out my name the person hung up

Very talented scammers. Be aware and don’t listen to anything they say.

Computer generated voice claiming to be from the Tax Office Audit Branch. Said there was a pending law suit against me and if I didn't call back immediately they would issue an arrest warrant. The call was totally generic and didn't mention my name or any other personal details. I didn't bother calling back.

Left message on my voicemail 22/11/ that they had filed a lawsuit against me and if I didnt call back immediately an arrest warrant would be issued. Rung back 23/11 (to have some fun) but number doesnt work

I also received a call, stating i had an arrest warrant, and would be arrested if i did not call back

Scam call threatening to arrest me, sounded like a computer voice

Caller: ATO???

Said there was a law suit against me and if I didnt call I would be harmed.

A pre-recorded voicemail stated it was the ATO and there was a lawsuit in my name and ot call the department back immediately. The number was engaged when I returned call. I then turned off phone for few minutes as unsure the nature of this scam.

They left a message, but it sounds like it was computer generated - American accent, stilted cadence, grammatically poor and no name provided. Same as the previous poster - said there was a law suit pending and an arrest warrant would be issued in my name if I didn't call back.

Scammer call at 11am with following text:-

"The reason behind this call is that there is a lawsuit cases getting filed under your name"

"The moment you get this message I want you to get back to me on my department division number. Now, if we don’t hear from you, we have to issue arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested so get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.”

Ignore.

Recorded message claiming to be from the ATO, advised to call a number I missed, if not there would be a warrant for my arrest.

From the Audit Dept ATO. I would say a scam. Don't pick up the phone

Once I picked up the phone , it was a voice message saying he is from ATO and threatening me to issue arrest warrants against me.
