I called back number (02) 8005 0940 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Caller: TAX SCAM This is a tax scam. They left a computer voiced message stating that I had tax issues and that they have tried to deliver letters to my address but they have returned to sender. Then went on to say that they are issuing an arrest warrant. Second call this week from these scammers. I called the ATO and they confirmed that they have not tried to call me at all, ever! Definitely a scam!
