I am been scammed by these bastards too but they never knew I am a retired police officer and know all the ways to get my $ back. I hope my post will help several people. Please paste this post to other forms, so we can stop this scam.

They call themselves The Tour Group. Very pushy male, with Indian or Asian accent called. It's a scam. Offered 6 nights accommodation, 3 or 4 star, for family of 4 anywhere in Australia for $249. If it's too good to be true it's a scam.

Just got a phone call from Sam saying he assures me the vouchers will work in WA where my parents want to go. Got directed to a "different" website. No longer thetourgroups.com as listed on ALL their paperwork. Apparently it should be thetourgroup.com A whole new world opened up. Also (02) 8205 3134 is an inaccurate telephone number and I should try (02) 8005 0825. Just typed that into google and I seem to be back to square 1 and talking to you guys again.
I'm in the process of going through the bank to reverse the transaction, but have paused to see whether or not they are true to their word. According to law, I must enable them to provide the service purchased within the time frame specified (24 months). That is not to say I won't be going through the same ordeal in a few months when my parents have decided to go away.
It is upsetting for elderly people who cannot use a computer or the internet. Should my next step be to ban them from answering their phone??

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from The Tour Groups - a so called company.
My story is the same as the message above - Freda 23rd April 2016.
Just be very cautious, EVERYONE, as when I investigated further, things just didn't add up. A genuine company just wouldn't pester you, on the verge of "insisting" to follow their instructions.
Also, the packages that they advertised on their website for Australia did not relate. Barbado? I don't think so! Further more, if I go to an Australia website, I expect the text to be completely written in English, not a foreign lanuage.
Note: I did not press any links that they sent through via email or call back on phone number provided. I strongly advise same to others.

This company rang me and both the caller and her supervisor were Indian. I checked the website while talking to them and noted there was no ABN, I was suspicious before this because they said I had filled in a coupon, I know I hadn't because I never fill coupons in. BE CAREFUL WHEN TALKING TO THIS COMPANY CALLED THE TOUR GROUPS.

This telephone number belongs to a company called The Tour Groups and when you go to their website, it used to belong to a company called Breaksgroup. This company has some not so flattering remarks about being a scam so be warned! Why would a company changed their name and not their website? They offered me a total of 27 nights accom. for 2 for only $999.00. Too cheap to be kosher hence my investigation. Take care.
