Yep, had a call from these guys as well. Seems like an accident claim scam. They asked for Renaldo.

Got a call today on this no. Heavy Indian accent.. eventually understood they were asking abt if I had an accident in the last 2yrs.. I said what car rego. u talking about ? No answer, so I said get stuffed u criminal & hanged up !! Am now wondering if they got my phone no. and details from my car which I had serviced 2 wks ago and noticed the rego papers have disappeared from the car + also gift cards of $130 and also the India mechanics has my phone no.?

Received a call from this number too, claiming to be from an accident claim department. Told them I was aware of the scam and hung up. Tried calling the number back to see what happens and it states that the number is disconnected.

Checked their phone number with above complaints. All this has happened to me as described in other comments. Calls from (02) 8005 0035 are easily blocked from our home phone and that is what we have now done to all scammers using easily identifiable phone numbers.

Absolute scammers I wrote down the number when I challenged them that I wanted to ensure they were a company they gave me a different number BEWARE

Answered phone and took awhile to connect (hallmark of foreign telemarketer/ scam call). Once it connected I could hear the chatter of the call centre in the background and a man said "Hello ma'am, I am calling from the accident claims department". I said "From where?" and he started with his spiel "We are a common law firm based in Sydney-" At which point I hung up because it's obviously bullsh*te! Bloody bastards.

I just hang up. If they do talk I only respond if it is someone I know but have not
Put the number in my Number Recognition system and then after end of call I record the number. Mostly it is a RUBBISH CALLER and then Hang up after giving them a serve..

Just had a call from this No. I didn't pick up the phone, my answering machine screens all my calls, I only answer if I know who is on the line

Beware these guys are Scammers! they just called wanting me to confirm whether I have been in an accident in the past two years and personal details. When I refused to divulge info, she became narky and insisted that I answer. I said that if she cannot give me details to confirm/deny then she doesn't work for a legal firm as they have all necessary data to claim. I ended saying she should get a real job, then she cursed and I hung up!

This caller makes 'enquiries' about a car accident that had happened with one of our staff, and tries to obtain personal information about our company as well as staff members.
