Caller: Outsourcing company that has workers overseas.

Be careful using these types of services, quite often they are not compliant with Australian rules and regulations and end up costing you a lot more money in the long run. Have had some shocking experience with this.

The call was worth it, a Professional Outsourcing firm based out of Melbourne, Sydney with staff in the Philippines doing Tax/Compliance, SMSF Admin and Audit, as well as Legal and Financial Planning Services. Spoke to their Head in Melbourne and was impressed by the offering. I'm now a client and the firm is DBA Advisory, it took me a couple if goes to understand as it sounded like PTA.

Caller: Maria

Maria, from PTA Advisory called my office. Wanted to set up a meeting with the manager (she knew his name). I advised that I make all appointments, and asked what it was in regards to. She said that she is an out-sourcing company. I informed her that we don't require any out-sourcing. She then said that she would send an email.

Caller: Maria (PTA Advisory)

Her manager wanted to talk to me about a matter. No mention what the mater was. This is the 5th time calling in the last 2 weeks.

Caller: Maria

Stated she wanted to speak to my managing director as her boss would like a meeting with him. She was unable to advise the business

Caller: Mariee

Maree called to organise a meeting with the owner (used his correct name). However she was unable to say where she was from and what the meeting was in regards too.
