Caller: In The Right Car hire company (In The Right) who provide rental cars whilst your car is being repaired after a not at fault car accident. They bill motor insurance companies for hire, delivery and pick up, location fee, detail fee, excess klm fee & fuel top up fee. Another reason why car insurance policies have become unaffordable.

It's a car rental firm or agency (Carbiz Accident Rental Car) asking me if I've had an accident and need a short term replacement vehicle. No not me thanks.
