Appears to be connected to overseas credit card scam

Credit card has been blocked due to current information not being updated.
This is a scam clearly wanting personal details for identity theft .

Caller: Indian Scum Scammer

SMS Message:
Dear Customer Your Account Atm Debit and Credit Card Has Been Blocked Due To Not Information Updated With Bank Further Assistance Contact/(02) 8003 7506

Notice Bad English and Incorrect Capitalisation plus I phoned these scum using a silent line so they don't get my phone number! . Idian accent , Claimed to be CBA bank asked for my card number. Did not give scum any information. Confirmed Scam with CBA bank.

Received a text from +971569710817 which said: "Dear Customer Your Account Atm Debit And Credit Card Has Been Blocked Due To Not Information Updated With Bank Further Assistance Contact/ (02) 8003 7506".
Why would anyone respond to a message with such poor grammar?
