Missed the call, it said Sydney phone number, unknown to me.
Obviously a scam from other posts.
Thanks to everyone else commenting.

Caller: Scammer

Scammer called to tell me that my Internet is having problems. This is an old trick. I told them outright that I knew they are scammers. The idiot woman hung up immediately. Again, from India.

Rang as a silenced call as was not in my contacts list. No message

Caller: ? Man from Telstra NBN services

A very robotic scripted call from an Indian man.
Calling to tell me how my internet was constantly unreliable, and he was suggesting I switch to cable nbn, which would be upgraded for free.

When I advised him there is no cable nbn in my area, he assured me telstra was available in all parts of Australia, including rural areas, and they would put the cable up to my house.
I laughed, and when he asked what's so funny, I enquired, exactly how much cable were they willing to lay, because as we are rural, there was no cable nbn anywhere near us!

He proceeded to use profanities I can only imagine should cost at least $4.99/min to hear.

And legit telemarketers wonder why people won't speak to them :(

Didn’t answer - they didn’t leave a message. Can only assume is a scammer as per previous messages.
