Chinese scammer. They left a message after I wouldnt pick up the call and the message was about english and chinese options to speak to the caller. Have blocked them.

Called and didn't leave a message. No doubt a scammer

The automated voice states that phone will be disconnected in 2h unless you react and gives options in 2 languages

Automated call saying my phone will be disconnected in 2 hours.

Caller: Chinese speaking message

I spoke to a Chinese lady I work with who translated the message and said they are targeting Chinese students to scare them they will be kicked out of Australia unless they pay money

It automatically said this was a severe event call and press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese - I hung up

Scam call - let it go to voicemail, left automated message "your mobile has abnormal use ..." which is a known trope of scammers.
