Nuisance call to (03 area) landline number from (02) 7234 7420 No listing in reverse lookup. On pressing answer key to vet call - no voice on other end.
Presumed robocall expecting recipient voice to trigger recording or connect to representative ( possibly scammer) using false caller id number.
False caller id is sufficient cause to presume call is not legitimate. Recipient number is on do not call register.
