I decided to get private health insurance on friday 29 May 2026 to lower my tax bill. I got an email from See U by HCF that day with details of the policy. On the wednesday 3 June I had a phone call from a lady saying she was See U by HCF however I was right in the middle of something and couldn't talk. She asked me to call her back and I said I will when able. The call was unexpected and I remember I had a 02 call the week prior. I don't make or get many calls and none from interstate so I am always suspicious of interstate calls. I checked the phone record and there was a missed call wednesday 27th May which was the same number (02) 7230 5052. What is concerning is that I answered the call with "Hello" and the the lady whom greeted me said "Hello William its Aisha from See U by HCF. She knew my name and my recent health insurance policy but the number she was calling from was the same number that tried to contact me 2 days before I actually organised a health insurance policy. Beware this number it is obviously people with contacts whom are looking to extract information and money from people. I like to keep my word However I didn't bother ringing her back.
