Caller: ‭(02) 6895 6325‬

Getting calls from this auto dialler scammer number 2-3 times a day to our land line which is on Telstra NBN. If you answer it just gives engaged signal.

I turn off “Show My Caller ID” on my mobile and then try to call the number back ((02) 6895 6325‬) but I get “the call cannot be connected.”

Similar to internet security service provides can block bad sources so it would be ideal if phone providers such as Telstra would block numbers like this as a known neusance calling number so it doesn’t get to its customers phone in the first place.

Multiple calls several times a day from both numbers; I never answer, they don't leave a message; can't understand why they persist, day after day.

Hi everyone above who is having an issue with unwanted calls and scams. Several years ago I purchased a CRP call blocker. They are available on eBay Australia / online and from sources in England. ( $30 to $90 Au.) They plug in to any phone system real easy, its simple to block calls by the quick press of a button or just program in a call to block by pressing **7#(number or area code)#. Great for the elderly if you are worried about them being scammed and the even have the option of blocking private numbers.

Googled the phone number (02) 6895 6325 after I thought it odd that my mobile phone, landline and iPad were all ringing simultaneously. Thank you to all the other posters on this page for the info

every day I get a call from a d*ck head at (02) 6895 6325 why cant the people I elect into government get their fingers out and do something or are they in power just for the glory and most of all the money ( WITCH IS TOO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP THEY GIVE)

Phones my office phone, a second private line hense why i know its either a telemarketer or SCAM. I answered a first time and they hung up immediately.

Same as above, keeps hanging up. iPhone users can block the caller from hitting i button next to number and scrolling down

Caller: A dumb scammer

As per all the other comments below, has rung 4 times this afternoon. Indian accent, says he is from Telstra. Sometimes speaks sometimes not, long delay, vague. One call I asked him why he kept ringing and he said “how did I know it was his number ?” and I said “it comes up on the screen, duh!”

This number called me 4 times in 3 hours. Did not leave a message. Multiple calls in a day and no message is a sure sign its a scammer from overseas masking via a local number. Don't these people have better things to do with their lives.

Same as other comments. Is there anyway to stop the calls?

Calls my WiFi service which is just a data sim. Lots of calls. Cannot beleive it is Telstra as ringing a data sim would be a level of stupidity even Telstra wouldn't stoop too. (I hope!)

Caller: Professional scammers from overseas (prob India, indian accent)

The person on the phone tells you that your software has internet issues (they can't tell you what software you are actually using, but they can tell you that it's not working... on behalf of telstra, which isn't my phone nor my internet provider). They will ask you to do some manipulations on your computer so they can access your computer from their end.
As soon as you tell them that you would be very stupid and naïve to do what a stranger ask you to when obviously your computer is working fine, they hang up. I also told them that I will report the number. What makes me angry is that they target old & vulnerable people.

Same call. Multiple times per day. 4 times in an hour. Both mobile and landline called simultaneously. Telstra scam.

Person keeps calling, does not leave message. When I answer the phone no one says any thing so I hang up. Finally fed up I answer by saying I dont know who you are but your a bloody nuance stop ringing. That was about 3 hours ago and there has been a few more calls since.

I have 9 calls from this number in 2 days saying they are from Telstra -
I have asked to be taken off their listings but the calls continue -

Indian saying that I had a problem with my internet
If you question them they hang up
Definitely scammers
However they are persistent buggers and they keep ringing

same call as sue
