I have tried several times to make an appointment on the 131314 number and no one answers and no way to leave my number for a return call. left it up to the operator to book an appointment with the Yamba branch before easter and when I turned up was turned away because there was no appointment was made for me and they are busy now until end of the week so I wanted to make an appointment with Ballina branch. really not impressed with the level of service you offer. If someone cannot call me on 0407 679 807 I will realize that I am not important enough to bother with and I will go to another bank. I also called the (02) 6686 8944 stated on the banks website that states it is no longer in service. regards Suzanne Powell

I too just answered the call, and there was silence on the line, then a click and that was it.
