Caller: Scammer

3 September 2019 I received a call on my mobile from (02) 6662 0086. The caller rang twice and hung up with out leaving a message. So i called the number back from another phone ( from a silent number) and an announcement came on: "the number you have dialled is not in service".

So its a fake or made up telephone number from telephone scammers, most likely originating from India or Pakistan.
