I returned a call from this number (02) 6234 8069 but no one answered the call

Called back. Number not connected. Must be a con.

Called but and hung up

The caller said it was not a scam call and it had something to do with superannuation.Just want to know if this is legitimate.Does anyone know?

Caller: Australian Superannuation *something*

I asked who they were... they said they were helping people made sure they didn’t retire poor.
They said they want to speak with people under 60yo with over $180,000 in super, and asked did I meet that criteria.
I said I would not disclose that personal information to them, as I have no idea who they are. Then then hung up without warning.
I wanted to ask if they were licensed to provide financial advice, but didn’t get the chance.
Please DO NOT give out any personal information to a cold caller!!!

I have had a few calls from random numbers across australia. I live in Tasmania. I don’t answer them. They don’t leave a message.

Do not call me i will report to the police for harrasement

Called the number back straight away, but was told the following: “Optus advises that the mobile number you rang has been disconnected”. No doubt another scam call from the “Chinese Embassy”

No answer and hangup
