Left a strange voicemail, perhaps Chinese? Also called in the same minute on another number

Computer voice claimed they were from Home Affairs and that a warrant was out for my arrest.

I was told by a computer generated voice I was under investigation by Home Affairs and that an arrest warrant had been issued in my name. I was asked to press 1 to talk to a member of Home Affairs. They did not scare me but someone more vulnerable might be and this is not acceptable, scammers are becoming too bold.
