Fake Australia Solar panel scammers. Tell them you have both Solar water heating AND electricity and it gets rid of them quick.

This is the second time they have contacted me. I could barely understand anything they said, told them I was fine and hung up. I am on the "Do Not Call" register - time the government did something about this. I have now added their number to my ignore list and set to "ring off" so I won't even hear the phone ring.

Scammers. I keep a whistle by the phone and blow it into the phone (loudly) then hang up.

Caller: Greensurvey Indian girl pretending she is professional and quickly talking like she had my details,,iasked what is your company name she said greensurvey, calling about solar rebate and government incentives,,itold her to wait on line while I check her company online, she very quickly hang up,,and when called them back number is not possible to connect, These people a fishing for private details.make problems or steal money , Government doesn't have Indian people calling randomly doing surveys,,they usually have very clear speaking English people, and don't rush or talk fast,,,and they never ask bank details onphone, It's very annoying the calls ,,especially if your waiting for solar company to visit or call,,it seemed to work telling them to wait while you check their name or ID badge.

Caller hung up as soon as I answered. When I tried to call back I was told to check the number as call could not be connected.

over them ringing both my numbers, home and mobile, glad I have ID so I can ignore the call, just feel for those who don't have caller ID on their home phones.

I get this call heaps. From different numbers as well. Solar panel crap. How many times will people call me before they realise I am not interested. And if I was, I wouldn't be using any company that calls me out of the blue. Foreign accents on the phone just reek of a scam. Why do they even bother? So sick of these bastards. When I try to call back, I always get the engaged signal.
Telstra, do something!! Do Not Call Register is such a joke.

I don't usually answer these calls anymore, but I did today. She hung up after I said our house has solar for both hot water and electricity, with the comment that that's what she wanted to know. Curious as to why that info was what she needed. I tried ringing back on the number and got a recording that my call could not be connected. Hopefully that's the end of them.

If you say to any scammer or the like you are a small business, then by law are not allowed to call and its all painless after that.

This is the fourth call in as many days from this scamming mob. Wanting to inform us of the solar rebate available to us as home owners. All 4 times we have advised them that we rent & have requested to be removed from their system. I have also advised them all 4 times that we are on the Do Not Call register. Was told by today's caller that they didn't care & hung up on me. Beyond ridiculous.
