Just got a phone call from this number (02) 6188 5614 about 45 mins ago. Just got off the phone with the ATO and confirmed its a scammer.... if i catch you p@#$ks i'm going to take you fishing and guess what your going to be the bait for the shardks :)

Pretending to be the ATO and saying they have an affidavit as well as that my house os under surveillance. Lol

Automated message claiming to be from the ATO legal department, that I'm in legal trouble, and that my house is under surveillance. Scam.
