Automated message telling you that you have been reported for tax evasion and to call (02) 6188 5608. Called the number to find out what it was about, then called the ATO and reported the number. Scammers

Tax scam number. Left a message and call back number on my answering machine. What idiots!!! I will report them to every government/telecommunications body possible!!

Scammers! Recorded message left on my answer service. Didn't even start at the beginning.

these village idiots rang and left a message about cash evasion. did reverse look up and saw all the above messages. ithought id ring them and they answered "australian tax office" when i said yeah i don't believe you are the tax office the moron with the bad accent says "well don't call me back then". Ha ! omg what idiots.

Had several missed calls on landline and mobile so called back and to man on the phone was arguing with me as I asked to speak to his manager and then called back and no awnnser! I asked him his name and wouldn't tell me l, scam

My mother got this number from the caller who said that he was from the ATO and that my mother was going to be arrested for fraud. Strange thinbg is that they also rang last week.. different number and left a message on answering machine. Dumb people these scammers.. now we have a voice print of one of the scammers. So easy for the AFP to do something but they are not. They have the numbers and we still get calls from them.

said my name turned up on the ATO tax evasion list. To treat this call as serious & ring back immediately. As it was after 6pm didn't think anyone would answer.
