Caller: Scam plan claiming to be from the ATO

I assume it is a part of a scam plan; the message claimed to be from ATO (Australian Taxation Office).
A man's voice message was left mentioning straightforward that there is a number of lawsuit against my name (the person didn't even mention my name!!), just an empty threatening message and that I had to ring them back on the number (02) 6172 1165 or I would be arrested.

SCAM! Didn't answer, leaves a voice message saying it's the from the taxation office and there is a lawsuit against you.

Recorded msg in American voice saying someone has filed a lawsuit in my name. Gave this number to call back.

this was a scam that appeared on the accc newsletter weeks ago. do not call them
do not send them money. .contact ato directly if you are unsure. this was an automated call. ato would not do this.

Caller: Asians

ATO Scam. They leave a threatening message your voice mail. Threatening to arrest you if you don't call back. I rang the number and an Asian lady in a call centre answered and started asking me questions. So I hung up.

Received a call today. Said I was getting arrested if I didn't call back

tax department?
I will be arrested?

Received a clipped robotic sounding recorded message. Did not say from who or where. Insisting I ring back or a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested.
