Amazon giftcard scam call.

Scam. Supposedly from Paypal advising me of an unauthorised transaction on my account. Asked what name the Paypal account was in and there was a long pause and then they hung up.

Caller: Some low life loser

Wanted to do a charge back cause amazon had charged me a year for prime. Had some pretty solid info as well. Thinking maybe leaked data from OPTUS/Medibank

A man said that he was from PayPal company and found an unusual $600 transaction under my account. Scam.

Caller: Indian call centre

Said that someone had hacked my PayPal account. Asked for my email address to help fix the problem. Scam.

This number just called me, I didnt answer, they didnt leave a message

Indian sounding call centre says it PayPal - doesn’t realise it went to voicemail!! SCAM

Call from this number at 4.50pm AEST, when returned call, rings out - consistent with scam call behaviour.

Said a bunch of stuff about my paypal account and an unauthorised transaction (absolutely did not happen). I hung up but it seems like a scam to me

Was told it was PayPal for an amount $1200. Voices changed half way through before the lady coughed violently and hung up

Phone rang...I didn't know the number so I didn't answer...& of course they never left a message...typical!

Received spam call as if posing from paypal security - have you ordered any iphone from China?

Purported the call was from Amazon about a purchase I did not make and tried to get my email address. Scam
