Claimed i was going to be arrested for Tax fraud if I didn't return call

this is a scam. They leave a voicemail, suggesting you have an outstanding tax balance and that you are in breach or will be considered to be fraudulent.
I called back and advised all tax matters are handled by my tax accountant. They hung up. I called my Accountant, it was definitely a scam.

Caller: Tax evasion. Claimed a warrant was out for my arrest if I do not deal quickly with this.
