It's a robotic voice which doesn't say where it's calling from and demands that you call them back immediately and if you don't, they will issue an arrest warrant for you. It is definitely a scam. Do not call them back. I've heard from colleagues who have similar calls but the callers identified themselves as the ATO.

I was told I would be arrested if I didn't call back. I know it's a scam but it's still horrible :-(

Number (02) 6100 4165 - called with robotic voice mail message threatening arrest if you don't call back immediately. I returned phone call - said they were from ATO but didn't sound legit. I think it is a scam.
