I just had a call from this number.
I'm glad that I didn't bother to answer it.

Mike Anderson from ATO said I'll be arrested in 45 minutes when police come to get me for not paying taxes last year. Reported scam to ATO. Called back in 40 minutes and told him police are here and he hung up. Phone number is now unreachable (phone off the hook)

Ditto... on fake message, called the number (02) 6064 2047) and he answered as "Australian taxation Office", said his or my name was David Miller ?
Told him I think it is BS and he said he will prove it is not in 1 hour.

Same as above.

Provides case numbers, badge numbers and states he's from the ATO. All sounds a little fishy...especially when he starts requesting you provide urgent payment in the form of cash-purchased Woolworths (grocery) vouchers and gets threatening when you ask to talk to a supervisor or mention that you need to call back later...

I have a message today on my Privately listed phone number! Stating I have not responded to mail and I if I don't contact this number there will be a warrant for my arrest!

This scammer creep said Very second you receive this message obtain attorney of record to return call

This maggot goes by the name of Michael and is ringing people making out he is from the ATO Australian Taxation Office. he is trying to scam large amounts of money by telling the people they have under payed tax. he has been reported to the ATO if you receive a call from this number just report it to the ATO.
