I got wine off them about 2yrs ago I told them that I cant drink it anymore and to take me off the list and I still get calls so annoyed. >:[

NSW Wine Society are really bad. They call a dozen times a week on one particular number, if no response, they use another number. I have 4 different phone numbers for them now. I am so thankful for this website!

Called the number back and got through to a voicemail message.

I have also received 3 calls from this lot. The first call was ringing and disconnect, the second rang then about 4 words and disconnect then a short time ago, a call and an arrogant operator who did not like to be told it was a scam. She would not shut up. They may be a call centre for a wine company who told me I was life member but I have never joined.
At least they were Aussies that could be understood as compared to the Telstra call centre who had some one from overseas that was very hard to understand.

They are Wine Merchants. I bought a case - heavily discounted. Best wine I have ever tasted. Dont know why there are so may complaints in this site.

I have had 3 missed calls from this no. and tried returning the call but nothing, and they rang again today and I answered then they hung up. so what is their deal!!

31/08/11 i just want to know what company sold their data base to this mob, what ticket did i buy, or why is my private number being used. lots of calls registered on my phone in a short space of time

These calls need to stop I have just made a complaint on the Do Not Call Register via the net... After some of you saying you had no luck I am not very hopeful. I think I will go to the Telecommunication Ombudsman?

Yes, they have been hassling me the past few days. There's no way I'd buy a thing from them after the constant pestering, plus when I called back (from my work phone) there was dead silence on the line......

I've only just started getting these calls. has anyone got anywhere with stopping them coming in?

My number is already regitered on "Do Not Call Registry". But these people still calling me during office hours.

They have called me too - dont answer and they dont leave a message. Very annoying

I receive calls from this number daily, I ignore them but frankly this is harassment, particularly when you consider not only mine, but other people's experience as well. I say to these people be warned, I am going to the telecommunications ombudsman and furthermore I do have a law degree so I will and can quite happily start a class action pro bono against this company unless this harassment stops for all of us. Anybody who would like to participate register your interest on this forum and help stop this madness.

I get this number all the time and I've spoken to them a few times before, some times they call me at work, but recently I've asked them that its inconvenient and that they try my mobile. So now every time they call, which is pretty much once a week or so; I have the number tagged as "Telemarketer" and I have a default ring tone that is pretty much silent and I've customised my phone to only show calls with a proper ring tone I've assigned. So now, I have the luxury to ignore the call. The "Do not call" register website doesn't work... I've made a few complaints before, so I'm not going to waste my time making a useless phone call.

I have my number on the 'do not call' register....but have had this number call few times & like rest when called found no dial tone.....

I have had calls from this number, which I have missed and unable to get onto since I did a stint in the Hunter Valley wine region. Problem is I didnt give my number to anyone. I have an unlisted number, so I would like to know how they got hold of it. Paying telstra for a service I dont get. AGAIN
