they said they are from gov tax benefit balabala, and ask if I am a owner of working at home. when you say no, they just hung up

They continually ring and hang up. Real pests. I have caller ID on my land line and when I try to ring all lines continually engaged. I have a a reverse phone number search on my hard drive. Comes up as a Newcastle telephone number but no address.
If I do locate an address I'll post it here...Maybe if you are in Newcastle you may like to pay these guys a visit. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

These guys actually said I would be part of a higher society if I pay them money I will be in some sort of cult which rules over average people , all I have to do is pray to there higher force??

These turkeys don't give up. They rang 3 times today so I did the reverse phone lookup. By the comments of other people this is the same company that rang me two day ago,,,5 times in the same day. The other number they operate with is (02) 4971 2494. Another number to add to the block list.

another spam call

Tried scamming me today, politely had to hang up on them.

Just got three calls in a row and they hung up on me whenever i answered. I guess they thought I would call back. Called back on the work phone. Sovereign Marketing etc all operators on the phone leave a message. I hung up and then blocked them on my mobile

thanks for this info. Won't answer when they call again. Surprises me that the government doesn't prosecute them for fraudulent misrepresentation of a government body.

Rang me on public holiday

I received a similar call this morning from the number (02) 4971 3530 and when I hung up on them they rang me from another number 0487 774 787 and asked me about my income, equity, marital status and yes home address!!

I got a call yesterday and today I don't answer unknown numbers as I get spam calls almost daily for years... Block number new number calls. This caller said hello on my voicemail several times which is unusual. Have not answered one call in years so why they all keep calling day after day??? Don't get it

Bunch of time wasters - dont answer

This is a scam claiming to be part of a government initiative represented by Chase Edwards. They ask you if you own your own home, what your income bracket is and what equity you have in your home/super. They then try to make an appointment to come and see you at your home for 1 hour because the material is 'too complex' to discuss over the phone or by email. They can't answer which government (State or Federal) the initiative is run through. No professional finance advisers are aware of any such initiative.

Just tell them you are not a home owner even if you are and they will not want to talk anymore.

got a call from these guys wanting to know if I worked full time. I said yes that's why I'am busy and hung up. its a financial guru company!!

Called me and spoke about tax scam of some sort. Gave me attitude when I said I wasn't interested in receiving information by mail. Seemed to be phishing for info.
