Do not answer. Hopefully, over time, the phone calls will diminish.

Hi, I just posted this to my local suburban business feedback website and want you to have the opportunity to reflect. I tried to deposit two cheques (one from Optus and one from a law firm) and they were both rejected by ANZ Sandgate, because my deposit slip was the wrong colour and not standard ANZ format. I kid you not. I used an ANZ supplied Deposit Slip. All the required information was supplied - cheques x 2, both BSB's, and obviously the account numbers, but the teller stood her ground and humiliated me in front of my children and other customers. I was told it was not possible for me to deposit my cheques, so I told her it was, as I had done the same on a number of occasions in recent years. I was so humiliated that I did not ask her what information she still required, nor did I ask to speak to her manager (hindsight is wonderful). I will never in my life, step foot into ANZ Sandgate again. Monday 20 October 2014. Calls and when you answer they hang up. What a waste of their time and mine.

Have had a call from this number (02) 4951 6355) every week day somewhere between 9:15am and 11:00am since the 7th May - 8 calls in total now. I've answered at least two with no one on the other end of the line and then they hang up. Have now registered with ACMAs 'Do Not Call Register', which can be found at https://www.donotcall.gov.au/

Last couple of weeks several calls even when I'm abroad, pick up and there's nothing. Nr is or used to be from a financial services company in Sydney I found on the web. Must be a callcentre trying to get to their KPI's.....

calls my mobile says nothing for like a minute then hangs up....annoying!

Yet another nuisance caller, who wont talk when you answer their call!! I understand times are hard in the commercial world but these people do themselves no favours with these type of call.
