I called the number back and it says the number is now disconnected! How strange, I googled the address that came up and it show's a residential address.

Rang my mobile today, did not leave a message. How do they get mobile numbers?

Caller: National Wealth Management

Asked if I was aware of tax concessions I could be entitled to. Told her I was not interested and not to call my number again. Very persistent and still rabbiting on about was I aware of the tax savings. Eventually hung up on her as she wouldn't take no for an answer. Best to block - so annoying!!

I answered the call from (02) 4920 7603. they identified themselves as being from "National Wealth management" claiming "to be calling australian homeowners who are in the workforce to see if they are eligible for federal tax entitlements."

As it was a cold call, and asking for personal details, it seemed to be a scam.

Called late last evening, around 8pm.
Said was calling to help assess my eligibility for some new Federal government rebate for home owners under age 50.
Second time I’ve had a call about this, can’t remember if from same number.

Samsung phone flagged this number as spam. I called back immediately and it said the number is not connected. Something dodgey going on.

Persistent, bordering on aggressive, condescending male asking for personal info relating to your financial situation etc, and who won’t take no (not interested, noyb etc) for an answer. Eventually just hung up on him. Offering such an important service and information that when you call back, the number is disconnected!

the number was registered on my phone as coming from New Castle. i called the number back and is not connected. it didnt leave any message so i presumed its not an important call and blocked it.

Something about a national rebate for homeowners under 55 years old. Sounded like a scam.

I tried to ring back the number (02) 4920 7603 but reached a silent voice mail
