same here. I called back and someone answered saying tax department. they asked for my name and I hung up.

Caller: Scam + Fraud + Taxation office They claim I am being sued for tax and I have to call a number, I hanged up after the first 3 seconds. Its crap.

Caller: Says they are the ATO Message to text received today says "this call is from IT Department of Australian Taxation Office. The reason behind the call is that there is a." Phone number that appears on voicemail is 3878 6671

Recorded voice saying there's a lawsuit in your name from the tax office and to call back or an arrest warrant will happen.
