This is a scam call pretending to be from the ATO threatening audit and legal action if don't call back and quote case number. This is a known scam that the ATO has warned about. Call reported to the ATO.

Got a call with a recorded message in improper English saying it was the Audit Department of the Tax Office.

Think it’s a scam !! Says it’s from taxation office and there’s a law suit against my name . Ignore and block number .

Pre recorded message pretending to be ATO asking me to call them back and that I had an arrest warrant

Pretty sure this is a scam. The ATO would never use language like “get you arrested”. Don’t call back.

keeps saying they’re the “australian taxation office” and that i have a “lawsuit filed against me” i’m 16, unemployed and literally can’t even pay tax yet. it’s a scam

It was a recorded message saying the ATO was going to file a lawsuit against me unless I call the number back. If I didn't call back they would put out an arrest warrant for me.... Sounded like a SCAM!

Phishing call telling me that the ATO will arrest me if I don't call them back. Avoid at all costs

Did not answer when called back

Same issue. Threatened jail. No answer to number provided. Scam!!

Automated message from robotic-like voice with American accent claiming to be from the Taxation Office saying a law suit had been filed against me and to contact them.

A computer recorded voice message saying it’s from ATO, there is a law suit and if I don’t call back immediately they will arrest me. 😂 definitely a scam call.
