Spammer. Stuffed up their CLI so it actually looked like coming from "+247 198110". Knowing it was a spammer I answered "Please wait while we put you in touch with an operator" with some bad jazz music, then it hung up. Now blocked.

Received the call today, didn't answer as it seemed dodgy, called it back from my work phone (which is a private number), and came up with please check the number...SCAMMER

This is just a spammer. Stuffed up their CLI so it actually looked like coming from "+247 198110" but I'm sure the number they WANTED to appear from was "(02) 4719 8110". Knowing it was a spammer I answered "Please wait while we put you in touch with an operator" with some bad jazz music, then it hung up. Now blocked.

I've put this same report under the number they probably intended to appear from as well as under this number.
