Definitely a scam. Don't call back. Claims his name is Mark Anderson from ATO saying he has received a call about "a legal complaint regarding tax avoidance or tax evasion". Asks to return call before they issue a warrant. Has Indian accent.

Fraud call, regarding non existent ATO debt. Calling elderly clients to try to scare them into paying up. Absolute garbage. Reported to the ATO.
