Rings 3 x then hangs up

Said I had won a trip to Disney Florida and had to get my partner on the other line to validate. Refused to say where they are calling from and kept on reading a script. When I kept asking for details about them (as they seemed to have my email address and date of birth) the reply was "i dont make the rules Im just reading your prize" and kept on going on and on and on and on and would not let me speak. They were persistant on wanting to speak to my partner on the other line and the whole thing felt like a massive scam to get both my husbands and my voices to record for the voice ID scams.

I called back the number (02) 4326 0657 and reached vm that said I called an "outbound only phone number"
