Same with me.
I wanted them to spray the exterior of my home for spiders. They came, asked us to stay in, went around and knocked the door within less than a minute with the invoice! Mine is a large two level home.
Now they harass me with unwanted calls every month.

I have tried about 20 times to get myself off their list. Their reps are rude and their head office just hung up on me. Don't use them, you'll be harassed for ever!

Don't ever use Promaster pest control. The only pests in the business are the company themselves. I have asked them not to call, I have asked to be taken from their register, I have sent a complaint, but every two weeks or so for 2 years they still call. If you use them once you will be harassed for ever!

Very happy with the guy who sprayed my house .Thanks to promaster providing good service.I recommend their service .

i have been getting problem of redback and ants form few months and i have called different companies but they couldn't fix the problem but thanks to pro master they did get job.

Used Promaster Pest Control at Glennie Street in Gosford for pest control. No improvement of our pests and still dealing with German Cockroaches and spiders hatching everywhere in our house. Tried to call them and they HUNG UP ON US three times, never returned out phone calls and e-mails. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM.

Pro aster rings every couple of weeks , have asked to be taken off their call list ....Remove us please !!!!!

This company targets the elderly and are aggressive in the way they do it. Do Not deal with PRO MASTER pest Control, do not let them on your property, they have come uninvited and charge for a service you have not asked for. They refuse to take you off their call list once you have dealt with them. Be warned DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

The guy said he hade to do ten houses a day. Go figure. Said they target the old people. How do some people sleep at nigth

Promaster ring me 2 or 3 time a week! They are very aggressive, I have asked them many a time to take me off their list but to no avail. How can I stop them ringing me?

I too have been harassed by this company. I have just this minute found a technician at my front door at 7:30am for an appointment I didn't make. PROMASTER PEST CONTROL I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE ACCC. STOP HARASSING ME

these company is a BIG PEST _ keep call our number for last TWO YEARS. Could not understand the word NO SERVICE is required

This company is not good to deal when talking to the telephone person she doesn't mention they cant get rid of ants.They were told to make sure to spray under the house ie get under the house and spray for cockroaches the guy couldn't be bothered and said his sprayer would reach everywhere anyway yes even at the far end and around corners.

Missed a 'unknown' number call which went to voicemail. Had a listen to it, I would like to know how they could be in 'my area'. I have never lived in the Gosford area (used to live in Sydney) now live in Perth. BTW its a rental property too.

Got a call from this company. Heard a woman (I'm guessing the manager) shouting at everyone in the background! Shouting! Sounds like this company is based on threat. The script that the person read out went for 5 minutes long! Maybe they would actually get bookings if they changed the boring long script to a short and interesting one and didn't threaten the employees! I feel very sorry for all the employees.
