I used to work for this "company", and you are correct in stating the employees are threatened. My manager used to listen in on my calls, then haul me into the office and speak to me like a 5 year old if she didnt like the outcome of the call. I agree the script is too long. I remember making a call one day, and the person on the other end asked me if i was allowed to even take a breath! I was made to sit in a "naughty" chair when i didn't make the required sales. Needless to say i was embarrassed and humiliated to the point i would go home in tears. I resigned from the company, but made sure i lodged complaints about the working conditions and attitude of the management.

I used to work for them as well. This company needs to be shut down.

I keep asking to be removed from these calls but they are relentless and ignor my requests.
Had one pest inspection done in which the man was there for like 5-10min. He broke the man hole and they covered the price to buy the material but it is still unfixed. AND we did have termites and he DIDNT discover them.
No refund was given after this was explained.

I've been calling these guys twice a day.
My phone may or not be on mute. A few moments of their time seems fair.

I have never used this pest control company I have no idea where they got my number.

I'm writing this review to prevent people making the same mistake I did by using this company. I received a call from this company offering a 'cheap' price for an inspection and pest control for our double story house. I was quoted $490 which according to them was the cheapest on the coast. Foolishly I believed them. The guy that came out was here for 10 minutes.... He didn't spray two rooms, part of our yard and the roof cavity which was promised. We took the time to clear out the subfloor and roof cavity which wasn't even looked at. The termite inspection lasted for about 2minutes which included the man tapping a stick which wasn't even switched on!!!
To this day I still get calls from this company saying my pest control and termite inspection is due and needs to be completed every 6 months.
The sales staff are incredibly rude especially a lady called 'Anne' who continues to call and harass my husband at work. Never use this company, please don't make my mistakes.

These people are evil the script they use on the phone is to suck you in and make out you are getting a great deal the sales people are trained to let you off the phone until you commit to a service HANG up . The service they offer for 265 or 225 you can have someone do for $89 when the service is done the products they use are watered down because the guys don't get paid enough do yourself a favour instead of paying for someone to come spray 80%water around your house go to bunnings and buy some spray and rat bats it will cost you $25 and be more effective.. Promaster are nothing but con artists.

As with others, this firm has relentlessly contacted my ageing mother saying "you're due for your regular inspection" quoting a modest fee. When she agreed to have them, they came and presented her with a quote for "full treatment" that was around $6,000.
Fortunately Mum didn't sign up for the full treatment.
Even though we have asked them (well, TOLD them) not to call, they keep calling. Ruthless, lying, untrustworthy, dishonest.

Agree with all comments. They rang our house saying that our regular pest treatment was due. Wasn't until we received the invoice that we realised it wasn't the company we have been using. They rang today to make a booking just months after the last treatment. Dodgy practices.

the first I got from pro masters pest control they done a good job for cockroaches the second job I got for fleas they charged me $410 for fleas they done a sh*t job I would not recommend for fleas jobs

I am very angry about the tactics used on old migrant women in organising a visit. They obtain the address of an old person by phoning even realising that the person doesn't speak Englisg and then turn up!!!!!! No ethics and no professionalism is displayed by the company. Please don't engage them once you do you will never get rid of them.

They call time and time again to get you to book pest control.
When you finally do, they don't turn up, and they claim they never had your booking.
Very dissapointing and annoying company.

do not use promaster pest control they will tell u it's $350 but get there and charge u a different price they also are calling with all different business names

I have been a pest control technician for over 20 years I contracted for them for a few months 3 years ago They expected me to carry out up to 10 services per day and also drive up to 300 Ks per day. I found it impossible to carry out the jobs they gave me to do every day. They pay there contractors a pittance of 20% per job and I had to cover all costs I often had elderly clients crying that they could not afford or want the service. They are a ruthless people and there care factor towards clients and contractors is ZERO

I am a pest controller in Victoria and wanted to let you all know that if you really want to get this company off your backs contact the department of health this is the body responsible for the regulating of the pest control industries. Pest control is heavily regulated and big fines are payable including lose of licences and court proceedings for those who do not follow regulations. This should be the direction some of you should go

They constantly call me too. I asked them to remove me from the register and they say they can't do it, you need to call head office. I call head office and asked to be removed. They still call you. They are the PESTS here.

Everyone be aware. They are unscrupulous. Also prey on the elderly and get by with no more than harassment. A Current Affair would do well to investigate. Good luck to anyone foolish enough to believe the BSthat you hear on the phone.
Better off sticking with your local pest controller!!!

Same as others on this forum - they continually call after being told not to.
Don't use them.
