Said I won trip to Florida, yeah right... had my name but incorrect birth date. They wouldn’t listen and spoke over top of me, I hung up

Said I won a trip to Florida. Would not listen to me, when I said I don’t want the trip. Must have said I don’t want this 25 times, but just kept reading the script.
