Caller: Time Share Sales - Offering Free Holiday to Florida Called trying to confirm details and say I qualified for free holiday (3 nights, 4 Days) to Daytona beach and pre-reserved trips to Cancun, Mexico and a Cruise in Bahamas - just had to attend some seminar thing (I think time share sales event). BUT then to get confirmation email I got passed onto another colleague who wanted to "confirm" my credit card details for the US $244 per person (x 2) to get package - which I had never given and they couldn't tell me what it was because of confidentiality. Once I kept stalling them saying I'm not ready to make payment, and I didn't have access to my card details at that point - they kept pushing and eventually hung up.

Someone claiming I had entered and won a competition to Florida. The women was very persistent and annoying, not allowing me to get a word in. Blocked!

Caller: They did not identify themselves Repeated phone calls during the week. Someone claiming that I had entered a competition to win a holiday to Florida. The woman was very persistent and would not listen to reason. Hung up on her and will be blocking the number.

very hard to understand. Said I had registered at some website and had won free travel to Florida. Couldn't understand what was said about what website or when I had supposedly registered.
