Robo voice mail left something about a lawsuit being filed against me and if I don't call back I'll be under arrest. No ID to actually say who it is.

Automated male voice asking to ring them back on (02) 4204 8202 number.
There is a law suit being filed under my name and if I do not ring back then they will have to issue an arrest warrant to arrest me.
Called ATO and was advised not to engage if they ring again. They will give numbers that are publicly available, they will give their details and details of whom they want to contact etc. =

Same as above basically its clear its a scam but to avoid others being scammed can someone report this number i am not sure how to or where to but would be good to get these scam artists arrested since that is the threat they are trying to scam everyone with

I got called by this number once today, but also 2 other calls with No Caller ID, all three I sent to voice mail. All 3 a Robocall telling me they were from the audit dept of the ATO and a lawsuit was being filed against me, and I’d be arrested if I didn’t call this number back ASAP. Don’t think so buddy.

So it was the same as everyone else, a robo voice claiming to be the ATO (obvious scam right off the bat), but I figured I'd give him a call back just for a laugh. Indian guy picked up the phone and asked for a whole bunch of my personal details, I made some fake details up to keep him on the line, I had him going for a good 5 minutes before he realised that I was messing with him and he hung up. That's when I called him back and hurled verbal abuse at him. Suffice to say at least I kept him busy for a while, better than him scamming some innocent elderly person. What asreholes...

This is a scam. Falsely representing to be from the ATO. ATO will never threaten arrest warrant.

Proporting to be from ATO and are requesting payment for unpaid taxes.

Robo call - advising that i was going to be arrested for overdue tax payments. (extortion attempt)

They rang. Left message with computer voice to ring them back on this number as there is a warrant for my arrest.

Received called from this number. It was an automated call saying something about ATO.
I think its a scam.

This number was from someone stating they were for the Tax Office. When asked a question about what office they were from they hung up.
