Caller: (02) 4072 6046 This is a scam robo call. The voice tries to get the recipient to press buttons on their phone on the pretext of talking to someone about a spurious debit ($299) about to happen. Ignore and block.

Caller: Fraud The voice message deliberately starts off as if the recording has been cut off at the beginning so you think you have a refund waiting but do not know what company called you. The cut off message trick is part of their plan so you will think the rest of the message about your refund is legitimate. Tells you to press certain numbers. It is fraud!

Stating they were calling from Ebay re: ongoing direct debit on my card. Gave me a number of options to choose from and then hung up? Tried searching online it says it is a newcastle number. Cannot see any registered ebay entities in New Castle matching this number?

Recorded message stating funds would be withdrawn from my account and I should contact them for a refund. Sounded like a scam
