Said she was from Telstra, knew my name but then asked me if I had any accounts with Telstra. I told her she should have that information and she said she was having trouble bringing it up. I think it was a telemarketing call.

Purported to be from Telstra. Tried to obtain my driver's licence number, name and date of birth. Linked to 1800 822 225. Telstra advised not one of their numbers. Officer gave fake Telstra staff id numbers. Changes to my account took place at Fone Zone T Life in Albion Qld, which does not deal with consumers. I am from NSW. Changes were the same as those offered by the operator.
