Caller: Parcel Sorting centre It’s the parcel sorting centre for Newcastle, had an issue with the address on my parcel and they called to fix it

Claimed they were Australia Post Parcel Centre and they needed my full address to deliver a parcel. Except google doesn't match the 'name' and the number leads to this page - Can you imagine an Australian Government service that has an automatic message bank and no pre-recorded speech...? I call scam.
