Caller: Bloke called Ron from Telstra

Unable to give Telstra ID number but gave this number as a call back.
These scumbags really need to get a life and leave people alone.

Automated voice saying that I had to call back or they would issue warrants for my arrest

Tax Department Scam saying I have a lawsuit against me under way

Scammers ATO hahaha

Robo voice calling up to say that there are warrants the callers name. Asks to call them back on the listed number, -do not do this-. It is well known that if you reply to these calls they will list your number as a "non dead number" and call the crap out of you trying to scam you.

Call back otherwise you would be arrested

Scam. Computer-generated voicemail message: "There is a lawsuit case [inaudible] getting filed under your name. The moment your receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division number 2 4017 1159". Followed by a threat of an arrest warrant and "get you arrested".

Had a missed call and looked this up. Looks like a scam. Don't answer it
